Cancellation Policy for Skin Wellness by Tina We understand that life happens, and plans can change. To provide the best service to all clients, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our cancellation policy: 1. 24-Hour Notice: • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 2. Late Cancellations: • Appointments canceled within 24 hours will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. 3. No-Shows: • Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. 4. Late Arrivals: • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure the best service for all clients. The cancellation fee may apply.
